If the head of household in your apartment is 62 years or older, and you have an administrative hearing at NYCHA, you have the right to an attorney. Otherwise, you still have options to get assistance.

Administrative Hearings take place at 803 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, on the ground floor on Tuesdays-Fridays. Right next to the security guard, you can find a housing advocate from Housing Court Answers, Tuesday-Friday from 9am-12pm.

Right to Counsel covers NYCHA administrative hearings! Right now, if you or the head of your household is 62 years or older, you have the right to an attorney. If you are a senior, NYCHA should schedule your case on a Thursday and RTC Legal Services providers will be at 803 Atlantic Ave to take your case.
